嵊州艇湖科技城位于嵊州城北工業(yè)園內，區位條件優(yōu)越，是市級及以上重點(diǎn)工程。項目用地面積約148.35畝，建筑總面積約27萬(wàn)平方米，地上計容建筑面積約18.8萬(wàn)平方米，主要用于各行業(yè)的辦公研發(fā)場(chǎng)所等功能。地下建筑面積約5.9萬(wàn)平方米，用于汽車(chē)庫、自行車(chē)庫、設備用房、商業(yè)配套、人防工程等功能。千城建筑為該項目提供整體方案設計、初步設計、施工圖設計、專(zhuān)項設計、工藝設計、綠色建筑設計等服務(wù)。

Shengzhou Tinghu Science and Technology City is a key project at the municipal level and above, located in Shengzhou North Industrial Park, with superior geographical conditions. The project covers an area of 148.35 mu, with a gross floor area of 270,000 square meters and a floor area of 188,000 square meters, which mainly functions as office spaces of all industries. The underground construction area is about 59,000 square meters, which serves as the garage, bicycle garage, equipment room, commercial facilities, civil air defense space, etc. Qiancheng Construction provides the overall scheme design, preliminary design, construction drawings design, special design, process design, green building design and other services for the project.

本項目旨在以“新發(fā)展理念謀長(cháng)遠，以科技創(chuàng )新育動(dòng)能”，推進(jìn)新引擎、新增長(cháng)、新空間、新模式的“四新”建設，打造一個(gè)集聚現有城市特色和資源優(yōu)勢的發(fā)展載體，形成長(cháng)三角地區具有嵊州特色和較大影響力的研發(fā)社區中心。

This project aims to seek long-term development with the new development concept, and cultivate driving forces through scientific and technological innovation, thus promoting the “four new” constructions of new engine, new growth, new space and new mode. This project aims to create a development carrier that gathers the existing urban characteristics and resource advantages, and form a R&D community center with Shengzhou characteristics and greater influence in the Yangtze River Delta region.

項目在現有基地條件上進(jìn)行優(yōu)化，將原本標志性的獨棟科創(chuàng )孵化高層打造成科創(chuàng )建筑群，U形天際線(xiàn)形成開(kāi)發(fā)區內獨一無(wú)二的視覺(jué)焦點(diǎn)。建筑造型簡(jiǎn)潔有力，外觀(guān)干練優(yōu)雅，與基地周?chē)ㄖ椭C統一，卻又自其中脫穎而出。從艇湖公園遠眺，一座新城拔地而起，背靠四明山，遙望嵊州主城區，核心產(chǎn)業(yè)匯集于此，將成為未來(lái)開(kāi)發(fā)區冉冉升起的新星。 

The project is optimized on the existing base conditions, and the original landmark science and innovation incubation high-rise building is transformed into science and innovation complex. The U-shaped skyline forms the unique visual focus of the development zone, with simple and powerful architectural style and elegant appearance, which is in harmony with the surrounding buildings of the base, yet stands out from them. Overlooking from Tinghu Park, a new city rises from the ground, backed by Siming Mountain, overlooking the main city of Shengzhou. With core industries gathering here, it will become a rising star of the development zone in the future.

The building is embedded with a hanging garden to ensure natural lighting and ventilation. At the same time, the earth-covered roof is adopted, solar energy is utilized, and rainwater is collected to create an ecological green park with high efficiency and energy saving. The park introduces intelligent office platform to guide intelligent and efficient production methods, and improves the production efficiency of enterprises through cloud office, sharing office, etc. It is equipped with exhibition halls, which facilitates product release and display, promotes industrial incubation, organic combination of various forms of industrial space, and creates an ecological and organic full life industrial cycle. The park uses smart management system, including smart service platform, smart parking, smart logistics and storage, to provide meticulous life and production services for users, and uses new-era Internet technologies such as face recognition, park management APP to save operating costs and build a future city with smart technology.

It proposes the concept of “City-Industry Integration”, and constructs commercial, services and office supporting facilities to provide users with comfortable and convenient life experience. It creates a stopover space suitable for pedestrian scale, and encourages informal communication sites, with diversified public spaces interspersed and overlapping between buildings.
